Keto Braided “Nekstella” Bread #yum
The Nekstella Chocolate Hazelnut Spread tastes just like Nutella, so good.. I made the dough in the #cuisinart bread maker and chilled overnight. Baked for 10 minutes at 375 degrees, lowered to 350 and baked an additional 20 minutes. Keto Fried Zucchini

Made some fried zucchini for dinner last night with a zucchini from my garden. Instead of using as a noodle or sautéing I decided to fry them. I find that using the Carbquik flour gives it a much better taste than the almond flour, I also didn’t add pork rind this time around. This is such a a delicious way to use the zucchini.
