Keto 90 Second Hamburger Bun

Made this delicious cheese burger for lunch. The 90 second bread is a staple if you follow the keto lifestyle, I often-time will bake my batter instead of microwaving unless I’m pressed for time. I try to add different things to my bread or bun and found that incorporating the Carb Quik flour made it extremely fully and soft – just like a regular bun, I was very happy. I used my muffin top pan to use and the buns came out beautifully. The recipe below made 2 buns, but you could potentially make 3 buns (top and bottom).

Notes – I find that greasing the muffin top pan with butter works a lot better than Pam, they slid right out when removed from the oven.

Keto Marble Mug Cake

These mugcakes were baked, rather than being microwaved, I’m honestly not a huge fan of making it in the microwave. I dunno🤷🏾‍♀️🤷🏾‍♀️. I find the taste to be better- not so “eggy”. There are so many great ideas and with the fall season, now is the perfect time for making some pumpkin flavored mug cake.
